Jeff Edwards
Managing Partner
Managing Partner at Stryk Group USA, Jeff has been an executive in the outdoor industry since 1995. His first executive role was with Jas D Easton Corp where he served as the EVP of Hoyt Archery. Since leaving Easton Jeff has held executive roles with companies such as Mission Arms Group, led a turnaround at Century Arms, was an executive council member and executive with as well as a fractional CRO, CEO and CMO with a variety of other successful outdoor brands.

His professional involvement in digital marketing, sales and marketing integration, high level strategy as well as demand forecasting technologies led him to helping other business leaders in the outdoor industry through seminar speaking engagements and consulting services.

Jeff's passion for hunting, archery and all things outdoors has him spending his recreational time sleeping in the dirt under a star filled sky pondering how he can better serve his friends, clients and family. Jeff and his wife run a sober living business on the east coast that has helped countless people achieve sobriety.

Jacob Herman
Director of Business Development and Sales Services
Jacob Herman is a partner at Stryk Group USA, where he develops and leads our sales initiatives including developing partnerships with direct sellers and major buy group customers. Jacob leverages his deep knowledge of the shooting industry to find the best fit for the client.

Jacob has worked with companies such as Polymer 80, Century Arms, Canik, Headdown Firearms, S&B Watches, and Tactical Kinetics to develop sales programs that have program integrity and develop customer trust for the client. Jacob helps companies overcome lack of consumer awareness, lack of program and pricing structure, and is committed to building long standing partnerships for his clients.

Jacob is an avid squirrel hunter and licensed ham radio operator from Smithville, TN. Jacob is a life member of NRA, SCI, and WSF.
Chase Myers
Director of Operations
Chase Myers is a partner in Stryk Group USA who manages contracts and program design. Chase has helped build sales programs and establish pricing integrity for Atomic Machine, Blackwater Firearms, Century Arms, Night Fision, Polymer80, and Tactical Kinetics. Chase was responsible for managing law enforcement and government accounts at Century Arms before being hired by to head-up their ecommerce efforts.

As a staunch supporter of the second amendment, Chase is an NRA Life Member and likes to spend his free time attending tactical training classes, shooting, hunting, and spending time outdoors.

Alaina Edwards-Wilson
Director of Client Services
Alaina is the Director of Client Services at Stryk Group and specializes in marketing services management and campaign planning.

Alaina understands digital marketing and media planning and works to ensure clients understand the correlation between marketing data and the story it tells. Her goal at Stryk Group is to ensure all efforts integrate towards client goals.

Prior to joining the Stryk Group team she held executive positions with both Oracle® and Gannet.

She is a graduate of Montana State University with a degree in business marketing. She is an avid outdoors woman.
Mike Bush
Director of Engineering Services
Mike is a partner at Stryk Group and serves as the director of engineering services. He is an accomplished firearms industry executive having served at the CEO level and directing large teams of R&D engineers at a number of large companies in the industry. Mike specializes in market specific design, creating products that place well ahead of competing products while solving real world problems. He is the inventor and co-founder of Vudoo Labs®, Inc., dba, Vudoo Gun Works™, one of the fastest growing companies in the firearms industry.

Earlier in his career spent nearly 14 years with the Federal Bureau of Investigation, nine of which on assignment to the Hostage Rescue Team in Quantico, VA. He is a helicopter and airplane pilot. Mike also spends time competing with the Vudoo Gun Works V-22, a rifle system of his own design and is an accomplished athlete in multi gun competitions, a sport where proficiency with handgun, shotgun and rifle is paramount.
Matt Dulude
Engineering Services
Matt is an accomplished mechanical engineer with 12 years of experience in the firearms industry. He has successfully led projects from concept to market launch at several companies ranging from small family owned organizations to some of the largest brands in the outdoor industry. Matt's career started at Century Arms as the engineering manager. He later moved to Savage Arms® and is currently Director of Engineering and Quality Assurance for GoSafe and a Design Engineer for Vudoo Gun Works.

Matt has a strong love for the outdoors and enjoys hunting, running, hiking, snowboarding and anything else that will have him outside experiencing nature. He is a lifelong musician whose main instruments are drums and percussion. He has focused on developing as a PRS shooter, competing in both rimfire and centerfire division and is a member of the Minutemen Precision Rifle League and the NRA.
Paul Parrott
Director of Manufacturing & Vendor Management Services
Paul cut his teeth many years ago in the Army as an EOD bomb tech. Following the Army he spent the next 28 years in a fast-paced volley of roles in firearms and ammunition businesses, amassing an impressive amount of industry experience. Paul has spent time running his own companies, as well as working with other notables such as Springfield Armory®, Surgeon Rifles, McMillan® Firearms, Armalite®, PMC® Ammunition and FN® America.

Paul's focus on efficiency and productivity provide Stryk Group's client's with tremendous value. As they source, produce and take products to market they're able to leverage the industry knowledge he's gained as a top-tier operator.

When he's not working you'll find Paul attending his son, AJ's basketball games, at a shooting competition, flying some airborne contraption, or trying to chase his wife Jill down one of her hiking trails or canyoneering routes.
Andy Long
Director of Digital Strategy
Over the past 16+ years Andy has been leading digital strategy and using technology to improve business performance while serving in different roles for a variety of companies including startups, INC500 brands and Fortune 500 companies including eBay, PayPal & Listrak. He brings both technical and strategic leadership experience to his role as Director of Digital Strategy at Stryk Group. Our clients benefit from his unique ability to identify competitive advantages and exploit them as vectors for growth. Whether he's creating new products, reimagining current processes or forging new partnerships for our clients his focus is on improving business performance - In God we trust... everyone else bring data.

Andy and his wife Sonya have four children (Silas, Millie, Ezra & Rowan). He spends his free time hiking, designing and making leather goods and carving artisan smoking pipes. His spirit animal is single malt scotch.
Sam Ayres
Brand Manager
Sam has been working in the advertising and marketing space, managing brands for over 15 years, and joins Stryk Group as a Brand Manager. Beginning his career at agencies such as Deutsch, Young & Rubicam, Ogilvy and TBWA\Chiat\Day, he's had the opportunity to launch and manage projects for brands in countless, diverse verticals. After transitioning to the live music industry, directing the digital presence for Goldenvoice Festivals (Coachella Music & Arts Festival, Stagecoach Country Music Festival, etc.), Sam founded TWI Digital, a digital marketing agency focused on small businesses in the outdoor industry. His varied experience has produced a perspective that allows Sam to develop novel solutions for the unique issues that brands face.

Though he grew up fishing lakes in the Sequoia National Forest, Sam didn't discover his genuine passion for hunting and fishing until later in life. He has since further developed a love for all outdoor pursuits, whether bowhunting for elk, sitting in a duck blind or casting a fly rod. Sam started his brand and podcast, The Wild Initiative (formerly Living Country in the City), to share his journey and learn from others steeped in outdoor knowledge. In his several years running the podcast, Sam has interviewed many of the most compelling and successful figures in the hunting industry, sharing their stories each week.
Jonny Goodwin
Director of Digital Marketing Services & Analytics
Measurable return on ad spend separates good companies from great companies. Jonny ensures Stryk Group clients know what's working and what's not working across their digital footprint. Configuring analytics properly, tracking specific points of conversion, managing and maximizing ad spend are the areas where Jonny and his team dig in each day. Big revenue growth requires serious strategy and regular optimization.

Prior to joining Stryk Group Jonny was a sought after digital consultant across a variety of industries including venture-backed startups, large B2B companies, and high volume direct-to-consumer brands. He specializes in marketing strategy, software systems, and integrating them in order to optimize outcomes.

Jonny is also former NCAA wrestler, and enjoys coaching wrestling at his local club.
Joe Timbo
Sales Operations & Enablement
Joe draws on over 10 years of sales operations experience to ensure that sales processes and supporting systems are aligned. Through process automation, data modeling, market research, and sales tools enablement, Joe's focus is on helping clients realize cost-savings and increases in sales effectiveness and system efficiencies.

Joe has worked with several Fortune500 companies including ADP, Amazon, Aramark, IKEA, and Stanley Black &Decker in both sales and sales operations roles. He helps clients identify opportunity gaps. He has an established track record of identifying and implementing systems, processes and tools to help bridge those Sales gaps. Joe experience within the firearms industry includes brands like Beretta,, and Sports South.

Joe graduated from Temple University with an Entrepreneurial Studies has been part of several start-ups. Joe is a passionate outdoorsman. He enjoys archery, hunting, fishing, shooting and all things outdoors. Joe's biggest passion is bow hunting whitetail deer.

Jim Drager
Director of Operations Services
Jim is a proven executive noted for operational, leadership and turnaround expertise. He's led the operational turnaround of Beretta Steiner eOptics (COO), Metropolitan Companies, Colt's Manufacturing Company, United Tactical Inc., and Century International Arms, as well as other organizational transformations. His specialized expertise extends to Strategic Planning, Executive Consulting, Public Relations and Marketing. Jim has led the development of a number of manufacturing organizations utilizing world class methodologies including Lean, JIT, Kaizen, 5s and related disciplines. He guides Stryk Group clients through Executive & Organizational Transformations, Optimizing Operations & Manufacturing, Financial Management and Quality Assurance improvements. Jim is well versed in effectively utilizing world class methodologies including Lean, JIT, Kaizen, 5s and related disciplines.

Active in good of the community conservation organizations, including the Ned Smith Center for Nature and Art, Ducks Unlimited, Union County Sportsman's club and others. An avid deer, duck hunter and longtime trainer of Golden Retrievers and judge of AKC Field Trials/Hunt tests for retrievers. Jim and Michelle Drager are the proud parents of Megan Larkin (Drager) and Michael Drager.
Sarah Zeno
Director of Business Systems Services
With over 15 years experience, Sarah is a veteran of the sporting goods industry. She's spent time at Century Arms Inc. where she gained hands-on experience in Manufacturing, Demand Planning & Supply Chain, Quality, BATF Compliance, and Business Process development and improvement. Sarah's leadership in implementing key enterprise systems (e.g. - ERP system) as well as several lean manufacturing and fulfillment overhaul efforts including real-time shop floor reporting, and e-commerce have yielded significant impact to efficiency and revenue generation efforts.

During her time with Colt's Manufacturing, Sarah led and engaged cross-functional teams through 2 significant ERP system upgrades, deploying new system functionality in Finance, Sales, Logistics, Quality & Operations. Most recently she led the team responsible for turning-around OTD for Genuine Parts sales & fulfillment.
Sarah's passion for improving business processes by leveraging the appropriate system and best practices assist Stryk Group clients to remove frustrating obstacles accelerate growth.

Sarah enjoys spending time at home with her animals or visiting her native Vermont. She also enjoys training running marathons, camping, photography and is always up for an epic road trip with friends and her dog.
